Bug: Adding chrome://* as a rule prevents the settings popup showing

If I add a rule of chrome://* the extension will try to add its own settings GUI to a tab group, preventing it from showing

Okay @tomjn, I tried to recreate the problem, but in my case the settings are not prevented from showing. The options tab is put into the expected group, but it still shows correctly.

What exactly is happening in your case?

Hmm it may be related to the helium browser let me run some follow up tests

I installed Helium to test this, but it keeps working. That alone doesn't seem to be the cause.
