Can these tab groups be fixed in position within the tab bar?

For example, I want the 1st tab group to always stay at the top position, even if many tab pages have already been opened. However, once I open a webpage contained in the 1st tab group, it will automatically bring the 1st tab group to the top position, followed by 2, 3, 4, and so on. This way, I don't have to manually move the most important tab group to the top every time.

I'm not sure I'm unterstanding exactly what you need. Is the feature described in #12 what you're talking about?
