tutorial in French

there is a request from DRC, ROC Africa for a French version of the bfastSpatial tutorial.

OK, that is quite a big request. In which context are they planning to use it? If they contact me directly and explain why this is required, I will consider doing it. At the moment there is too little details to start such a task.

It is a general request from people in ROC, and DRC. It would make their life easier when trying to use bfastSpatial.
