Add support for jsondoc 1.0.4

There are a lot of improvements in the 1.0.5 version of jsondoc, including the Basic Authentication support.

Would be really amazing to have those features available in grails. I keep this in my backlog, but right now is a large backlog.

Removing the resources dependence in favor or assets would be an extra!
