Use not outdated libraries in BaGet.Azure

BaGet.Azure uses very outdated libraries Microsoft.Azure.Search & Microsoft.Azure.Storage.Blob. Last release Azure.Search.Documents & Azure.Storage.Blobs should be used and project should be rewritten to their API
