Please support "target" config option

Please support the target config option to set where to store the parsed data (instead of in the root). For example see the netflow codec plugin.

(still an early draft atm but) we are to handle target on all codecs in a generic way: https://github.com/logstash-plugins/logstash-codec-cef/pull/80
