What Happened?

Reproduce the Bug

1. Just create any table v2
2. Scroll bar badly visible on default dark theme, but visible on default light and custom

Expected Behavior

Scroll bar appears only on long table data. And respect the width of Logseq block (now it is too wide)

MacOS v12.6 Logseq Desktop v0.9.8 Theme independent (checked on different themes)
