Can't play local videos on iOS platform

What happened?

I have inserted a local video on Mac by ![output](../assets/local.mp4), but it can't be played on iPhone.

Reproduce the Bug

1. insert a local video on Mac by ![output](../assets/local.mp4)
2. switch to iPhone, and check the Files app first, make sure you can access the local.mp4 file.
3. open the page in iPhone, try to play the video.
