New page dialog is not functioning in Graph view

Describe the bug In Graph view, the new page popup(via new page button bottom left, or search icon on the top left) doesn't work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Graph View
2. Click "New page" or the search icon
3. Type some test to begin creating a new page

Expected behavior It should function as in other pages/views, creating a new page.
