Serial number of ONT location?

Where do you put the serial number? Because the ONT only have password as option in the ONT autentication page.

It should be in system tools>ONT authentication. There you should have an SN field and a password field, to use whatever your ISP requires for auth.

I found the problem. The unit I was using had telecomadmin user disabled by default. Only the telecomadmin user as access to that option, if not it shows only the password field. How can I convert the 64 bytes AES password to plain text? Is it possible?

To be able to change the SN on the ONT authentication page the UserLevel must be equal to 0 in the configuration file (option X_HW_WebUserInfoInstance).
