copy of omci_app

Hi,

Great work done here, before I try to rip appart the image file like you did here and look for what I need, perhaps you can help. I'm trying to replace my Huawei ONT with a Ubiquiti UF-Instant SFP, I manage to get a bit down the road but now I'm facing an issue where omci_app crashes after establishing a US/DS flow. Furthermore, I read in some forums ubiquiti has locked quite a bit of the sytem down by having a modified version of this file.

So I though perhaps if I could get a "standar" copy of omci_app from another similar device I could use that to get around the crashing and the locks ubiquiti has implemented.
