pppoe password

Hi logon84, first of all great work! I have a question, is there a way to retrieve the clear text pppoe password from ONT?

All I was able to get is via web interface that sha256(md5(pass)) hash... Do you think that ONT stores that password somewhere in clear text?

@cyber035 I dont thinks that you will find pppoe password in clear text. can you open https://192.168.100.1:80/html/management/cfgfileroot.asp and sent me picture of it ? tnx :)

Hi. I am not 100% sure because I don't own this device anymore, but pppoe auth is done outside the ONT, inside router you connect the ONT to. I don't remember seeing any pppoe field on the HG8012H.
