Window Topbar Display Issue

Window Topbar refuses to work when in fullscreen (it briefly shows for a few milliseconds before disappearing) , each time the user would need to go into windowed mode resize then use the topbar tabs (Window , FPGA , Simulate...) before then again returnin ginto fullscreen .

Win 11 and some linux distros (primarly with kde plasma)

Sorry, but I cannot reproduce your issue with the latest release Logisim-evolution 4.0.0. Your description is too vague. Please, provide step-by-step instructions how to reproduce the issue if possible accompanied by a screen recording. Please, also state precisely what Logisim-evolution you are using, how it was installed, and what version of desktop environment you have installed. On Linux, please state also whether the desktop environment uses X11 or Wayland.
