Fix the Installation description of this mod

  1. Emphasize that the mod requires ScriptHookV.Net v1.1, not any other later version.
  2. The players have to put ScriptHookVDotNet.dll in the same folder as the GTA5.exe, which is not originally required by scripthookv.net.
