Optional parameter 'Extra' on devicegroup keep being deleted

When applying a plan on a resourcegroup the parameter 'Extra' is deleted (default behavior?). But we never did set this, and the deletion comes back every run. And setting this with empty values does not work....

How to get rid of this annoying behaviour?
