`Drop Spot` can not upload large files while all config parameters set correctly and I can upload bigger than 4GB files with `Add documents`

When I drag n drop large files aka bigger than 4 GB files to Drop Spot it seems it will be uploaded correctly but when it is finished, the uploaded file does not exists in the selected folder or any other folder. I am sure that I set all config parameters correctly because I can upload files bigger than 4GB Add documents icon which exists on toolbar.
