Identical deliveries

We have found several deliveries with the same id, location (lat, lng) and size in the dataset of Rio de Janeiro. The number repeated deliveries is significant, representing almost 33% of the dataset. Is there any reason for that?

Thanks for the report. It does seem like a bug in the instance generation pipeline. I'll try to investigate this in the near future.
