Instance generation suggestion

The daci dependency was not installed correctly for me, so I added it in the requirements.txt

And the DF data, when downloaded, came with a corrupted file name. However, the corruption apparently differs from OS. Thus, I suggested to update the download.sh script to rename the folder name anyway for safety.
