Feature Request: follow all files in a folder

Hello,

It would be great if the "follow" command can follow all the files of a directory. For example: follow /var/log would follow all the files in /var/log

Usecase: I have a reverse proxy with a log file per subdomain and it would be great to automatically add the log files to logdy :)
