make validateOnBlur work with Form and useField and yup schema

i would like it if the validateOnBlur would work with useField and next to touched also validate the field i tried these https://vee-validate.logaretm.com/v4/api/configuration#config-options options they dont work. it doesn't listen to the defaults.
