Chat Conversation Improvements

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. Generated filenames are not user-friendly; in old versions, they were AI summaries of content, but now they directly use the first few characters of the user's first sentence.
2. When resume a chat from Chat History added new conversations, the timestamp of the chat still shows the initial chat start time and does not update with subsequent conversations.
3. It would be better if the notes used as context within saved chat records could be linked using Obsidian's wikilinks, allowing for interconnections to be seen within the notes.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Use the current AI generated topic as the conversation file name.
2. Update chat timestamp of resumed conversation so that it can be shown at the top when pick from chat history. Remove the timestamp in chat conversation note as it's redundant.
3. If there is context note in the chat history, it should be wrapped in wikilink in the chat conversation note.
