File not found error when dragging a file to context window

Describe how to reproduce The issue is intermittent: when trying to drag a file to copilot context window, copilot notifies: "File not found"

Expected behavior the dragged file should be added as context

Additional context Seems to happen more frequently when it's a newly created file.
