Copilot menus can get lost when two Obsidian windows open

Copilot version: 3.1.1

Describe how to reproduce

1. Move the copilot to new window
2. Click any drop down menu in copilot chat in new window.
3. The menu will pop up in the other obsidian window without copilot

Expected behavior Drop down menu should stay in copilot window

Additional context This happened occasionally prior to the new context selection menu, but I seem to encounter it all the time now.
