When the Obsidian Window is small the LLM Model Picker doesn’t scroll

I didn’t use the Dev Console since this is a UI issue

Copilot version: 3.10

Describe how to reproduce

1. Make the Obsidian window small
2. Go the chat window
3. Select the LLM Model Picker
4. The picker doesn’t display all the models

Expected behavior The picker should be a scrolling list of models
