Add custom url for OpenAI API

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have my custom proxy with open ai compatible api, but i have no ability to use it with this plug in

Describe the solution you'd like In AI Provider Settings under OpenAI key add new text field with custom url – if not specified use default open ai api url, else use specified one

Additional context I need this as far as my company provides open ai compatible api as a proxy (like open router but for internal use)

I think copilot already supports this. Settings > Model > Add Model
