Add option to set different default model for quick command

Quick command setting already supports choosing a different model.

If the model is set from here, next time you trigger the quick command window on a selection it defaults back to the chat window's default model.

This one is related to quick command. @AgatElite , would it be helpful if we make the quick command model selection persistent? Not sure if we need to expand the settings for this use cases

Personally, I think it would make sense to make the models selection persistent, yes.
