UX：Ability to select text in Copilot response on the Mobile

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When copilot response message, just in case they want to copy something from there, instead of having to copy the whole response and then editing it.

Describe the solution you'd like Support selecting partial text in whole reponse.

We have added a copy button in the latest composer implementation. (not released yet)
