Wikilinks with alternate text aren't understood

For example, if I paste text into a prompt like here's a [[note-27]] that works fine and the note's content goes into the context, but if I paste here's a [[note-27|note]] it doesn't seem to be recognised as a valid link at all. This impacts my workflow quite a lot.
