没法同时添加腾讯云和阿里云的deepseek模型

Describe how to reproduce A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Clear steps to reproduce the behavior 在添加阿里云的deepseek模型之后，继续添加腾讯云的deepseek模型，会把之前添加的阿里云deepseek模型覆盖，阿里云和腾讯云的model name都一样，但是display name是不一样的。还有安卓2.8.6切换embedding模型会闪退，之后就没法进入obsidian了 Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
