Remove "Stream Output" toggle

I turned on the Stream output switch, but it didn't work.

@huxiaoqiao what's in the dev console?

cc @Emt-lin we shouldn't have this toggle, we currently don't have anything without streaming unless CORS is checked.

i have the same phenomenon, and i update obsidian and copilot to latest. there is no relevant output in obsidian dev console, If you are talking about the console in the upper right corner of obsidian.

@powerli2002 this "stream output" toggle should be removed. We only support streaming in this plugin unless CORS is checked.
