Is there anyone working on this issue? If there is no problem, I would like to proceed with Dockerize.

I don't think anyone is working on this at the moment. If you're going to follow the dockerization approach, I would suggest having a higher-level discussion on how to "configure" the docker container to make it relevant to people's environment (e.g. GRR endpoint, credentials, etc.)
