Add Firefox compatibility to the dev tools extension

This change enables the extension to be installed in certain versions of Firefox. I've added instructions in the README for how to actually install it to.

The .xpi file that now exists in /dist is identical to the .zip in /dist except that it now has the updated manifest with the browser specific settings and a different file extension.
