Drop-Down btn for Table of Contents

Issue Description:

It would be beneficial to make the page look less cluttered by converting the Table of Contents into a dropdown button, allowing users to access it only when needed, thus reducing the overall length of the page

Great suggestion. I am using an older version of a GitHub Action that does this. I would like to update it at some point, and if it doesn't have this functionality we can look at making our own.
