Postgres install script

Update postgresql install script to use Postgresql own repositories instead of Ubuntu default that is a bit behind in version.

@loftux I didn't get why this issue is still open, as it seems you already included a newer version of postgres than what ubuntu delivers by default. https://github.com/loftuxab/alfresco-ubuntu-install/blob/master/scripts/postgresql.sh#L22-L23
