Provide summary to the function of protect.txt, full_check.txt, deny.txt, overwrite.txt

Here a brief summary: protect.txt: programs that do not get overridden by the mining (even if better programs are found). full_check.txt: instead of only checking the default number of terms (up to 1000), check up to 100.000 sequence terms for these programs. deny.txt: don't accept programs for any of these seqs. overwrite.txt: this is used when mining in "auto" mode (C) ckrause on Discord.
