TweeterID is a free tool that converts any Twitter @handle to its respective Twitter ID or vice versa. Internet trolls and cyberstalkers often change their Twitter @handle to disguise themselves in order to continue harassing their victims, but they cannot change their Twitter ID. This tool helps identify and stop bad actors more quickly.
