Here is my work for the custom GeoWave Heatmap process using spatial binning for aggregations and statistics.

Notes: My time on the project ends this week. I do not have write access to the repo and am unable to assign a reviewer, however, I notified the appropriate people in an appropriate Slack channel that the PR was posted for review.
