enhancement request: Custom domain support for AppSync

Enhancement description
AWS allows the creation of custom domain names fro AppSync instances. This involves setting up a CloudFront distribution in an internal service account, and returning the domain name for the user. The user can then set up a Route53 CNAME record to map their domain name to the AppSync instance.
This functionality is not currently present in LocalStack.
