Fix hot reloading s3 path

It appears there's some confusion regarding the setting of the S3Key path in the documentation, which complicates the use of hot-reloading.

I have modified it to improve visibility, emphasizing the necessity of using an absolute path.

Perhaps we should also clarify that it must be the path of the host machine.

• The PWD command has been omitted, as it pertains only to macOS.
• The TOC has been removed from the article itself (they can be found on the right side of the website).
• Some formatting issues have been corrected.
