Latest Drupal 10 release is showing as 3.2.1

Maybe the tag is misaligned on packagist?

The commit hash for that version is https://github.com/localgovdrupal/localgov/commit/dc3a740d16f3a6793272831fc7c9d366dea20b64, maybe tag 3.2.1 was created by mistake instead of 3.1.2. @finnlewis or @stephen-cox can you delete the tag 3.2.1 on packagist? This could cause some odd issues when we come to use a stable 3.2.x tag for Drupal 11.

I have deleted the tag from Packagist. I believe it was created in error and the tag was deleted in Github but obviously not before the tag was pushed to Packagist.
