Does it support to bind different top domain names / sub domain names / sub-paths to different subsites?

Subsites are within the same domain. Different domains that'd be LocalGov Microsites. If you want to bind domain names (or paths theoretically, not implemented) Group Sites might be your friend, that's what we use there.
