Style menu in CK editor won't scroll properly in a pop-up

Since we updated to Drupal 10 the CKeditor styles menu works fine when used on a body field, but doesn't scroll properly when used to edit a paragraph item in a modal pop-up. We cannot scroll down to select some of the style options.

Possible related issue, we see the styles block stop short at the top of the content section when we are wide enough to use the vertical tabs. Being on small window with the details groups resolves this for us.
