bluetooth python module is incomplete?

this module only has init、adv_params、adv_data、ble_adv_enable function，lot of function is not done.

true that, I suggested here to #193 merge bluetooth module from @MrSurly repository, but he answered that this is still in experimental state :( It will be awesome to see BLE implementation in uPy...
