Transactions without OwnerID

There seems to be a convention that fees show up as a transaction. The related holding account is listed as Owned ID. It would be helpful if the account is also listed as Owner ID (I think). Currently I interpolate the Owner ID as Owned ID if not specified. I guess at some point we all to make some assumptions.
