setup.sh not support pacman install packages

On the archlinux/manjaro not support apt/apt-get ，please add pacman to install packages $ ./setup.sh [10:49:58] No-IP Auto Renewal Script Setup.

  1. Install/Repair Script
  2. Update noip.com account details
  3. Uninstall Script
  4. Exit setup.sh Select an option: 1 Operating System: Manjaro ARM Installing necessary packages... Perform apt-get update? (y/n): y sudo: apt-get：can't find command FAIL
