dynamic-dns page url changed

hello, I don't know if it's just my issue, but it seems the "HOST_URL" page has now changed from: https://my.noip.com/#!/dynamic-dns to: https://my.noip.com/dynamic-dns

I just changed that variable inside the noip-renew.py script and now it works properly.

If other people have the same issue, we should send a PR

Had stopped working, hadnt time to investigate, but applying this change and it renewed a host successfully for me.
