URLs in the app shouldn't use the ssl. subdomain

Currently URLs in PMs are rewritten to the deprecated subdomain `https://ssl.what.cd and it's only possible to access them with an external browser not within the app.

I believe this is toggled when you first log in to the app with the "Use Secure Connection" box?

I used the secure connection box but I think that option could be removed all together now that the default one is https:// right?

It may be useful to preserve the choice of SSL subdomain or no SSL subdomain for legacy reasons and people who refuse to update their bookmarks :p
