[Bug] Non-functional "Refresh" button in the "Extra Network Sidebar"

🐛 问题描述 | Bug Description

refresh button in the extra networks sidebar doesnt do anything. I ve downloaded a new model but i cant see it because of this issue.

refresh the list of models

download or remove a model from the models folder try to click refresh to see if anything happens

If i deactivate lobe theme everything works fine. Also there are bunch of conflicts with other extensions but lets keep it simple for now.
