[Request] Support VertexAl for third-party models

Hi lobe team

It's great that Vertex AI is now supported in Lobe. This is a fantastic addition!

Currently, Lobe only seems to support first-party Vertex AI models (like Gemini). It would be really useful if Lobe could also support third-party models on Vertex AI, such as Claude or Llama.

🧐 Proposed Solution

Provide VertexAl should similar with Amazon Bedrock.
