[Request] 'Pre-Install' some agents with an Environment Variable

🥰 Feature Description

It'd be great if we could pre-load the default list of agents so that they're readily available even when switching between devices.

🧐 Proposed Solution

I think an Environment Variable such as 'INSTALLED_AGENTS' with either a string of marketplace agent names such as: 'github-copilot,grammar-corrector' etc. or, perhaps with an url to a json file that contains an array of agents?
